Function: validateShellEmbeddable()

validateShellEmbeddable(value, fieldName): void

Validates that a value is safe to embed in a double-quoted shell string. Rejects characters that would be interpreted as shell metacharacters inside "...": $, backtick, ", ``, and newlines.
