Function: findEscapingSymlinks()

findEscapingSymlinks(dir, allowedRoots?): Promise<EscapingSymlink[]>

Lists the symlinks in dir (not followed while walking) that lead outside it and outside every allowedRoots entry. A symlink is judged by where it finally leads, through other symlinks, also when that does not exist.
