Function: prepareAuthenticodeSignatureExec()

prepareAuthenticodeSignatureExec(file, timeout, powershell?): readonly [string, string[], ExecFileOptions]

execFile arguments that print the Get-AuthenticodeSignature result of file as JSON (see parseAuthenticodeSignatureOutput), run by powershell when it is given, else by windowsPowerShellPath (see preparePowerShellExec).
